Created by paralleling, multi colored layers ranging from black to a golden color, hawk’s eye is one of many variants of quartz. Some ancient Egyptians believed that tiger’s eye aided in divination, granting sight and knowledge of distant goings on by focusing on this smooth, vibrant stone.
