MTG: Aether Revolt Game Day

We will be celebrating Aether Revolt with a pair of Game Day events: our Game Day event, and our Second Chance tournament.

Game Day Entry: $10.00 / $8.00 for Stronghold Members / 3 Hero’s Rewards
Second Chance Tournament: Free

Game Day Begins: 11:00am
Second Chance Tournament Begins: When the Main event cuts to Top 8 (~ 3-4pm)

Game Day Event Prizes: All participants will get a promo card. We will add $10.00 to the Prize Pool for the Top 8 participants in the Game Day Event for each participant. Additionally the Top 8 players will receive a promo full art card, and a Hero’s Reward. In addition to their other prizes the winner will earn the Game Day Champion Playmat!

Second Chance Tournament: Our Second Chance Tournament gives players that missed the cut, or that couldn’t make the earlier event a second chance at all the great Game Day promos. Each participant will earn the promo (while supplies last), and the Top 8 players will win the top 8 promo card as well. The top player will win the second Champion Playmat too!

Sunday Open Hours Have Changed

Black Knight Games will be adjusting our hours on Sundays to 10:00am – 5:00pm effective immediately.

These new hours have us opening a bit earlier and closing a bit earlier – which fits the Sunday communities a bit better!

SW Destiny Tournament

When: Saturday, April 1st (no foolin’), 1:30pm (please note the time has been moed to 1;30pm to accommodate the Prerelease gaming)

Entry Fee: $10.00 ($8.00 for Stronghold Members)

Prizes: We will be supplying a Star Wars Destiny OP Kits which includes some great promos. We will also provide additional prizes based on the overall attendance, which might take the form of packs or store credit (based on stock levels). Overall we will pitch in $10 per player to the prize pool minus the cost of the OP kit.

Deck Building: Each player must build one team of characters and a deck to use in a tournament. A team of characters must include at least one character and cannot exceed 30 points, though it may contain fewer than 30 points. A player may choose to field heroes or villains, but cannot have both on his or her team. Each deck must contain exactly 30 cards. Each player must also select exactly one battlefield. Players must use the same team, deck, and battlefield for the duration of the tournament.

Players are responsible for bringing any dice that go along with their cards.
